What the position requires:
- Prospect and identify potential new customers through outbound efforts (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events)
- Qualify leads based on criteria such as fit, need, and buying potential
- Be the first point of contact and create a strong first impression of our company
- Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Work with Marketing and Sales to continuously improve messaging and outreach
- Use Salesforce and sales tools to track activities and performance
- Learn and grow within a supportive and performance-driven team
What we appreciate in you:
- A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in sales and customer engagement
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently
- Curiosity to learn about our product, industry, and customers
- Team spirit and a desire to contribute to shared success
- Experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Fluent in Finnish and English
